I offer small group classes, customized one-on-one yoga/reiki sessions, self-empowerment workshops & private counselling. Uplifting, empowering & transformational.

I'm a qualified counsellor, yin yoga instructor, reiki and trauma sensitive mindfulness practitioner. My expertise lies in; self-worth, anxiety, depression, stress management and rebuilding confidence after trauma. My counselling approach is empowering, uplifting, short term and solution focused -giving you skills to be able to help yourself. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a women's/children's domestic violence refuge, Melbourne university, Counselling centre's and privately with NDIS clients in their homes. 

Yin yoga is a gentle, passive practice where we hold the postures for longer periods. We target the connective tissues, ligaments & joints of the body. With 3-5 minutes in each of the floor-based postures, we weave in mindfulness techniques making this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice. You do not need to be flexible! Trauma is held in the body but is also healed through the body -taking therapy to a much deeper level than talk based therapies alone. 

Reiki is a spiritual energy healing modality, that can move through all parts of the human energy field to free blockages and bring about healing and balance to the body, mind and soul.

The goal of trauma-informed mindfulness is to help people befriend physical sensations, improve self-regulation, ease their experiences of trauma and cultivate mindfulness. This also promotes resilience, improving both physical and psychosocial well-being. 

Sessions can be focused around one particular modality, or I can tailor a combination of them to your specific needs. I look forward to working with you to enhance your journey through life.

I will provide a safe space to release tension, cultivate new thought patterns & beliefs & an opportunity to connect/reconnect with your inner strength/inner resources. A place where you can breathe- with like minded individuals, show up as you, lean into your whole self & just be present... to all of it.
